Process Job Requirements

Attach job description or paste it. You also get an option to add intake notes or briefing call notes or transcript to process clear job requirements

Open a candidate profile on LinkedIn

Run RecruiterOS analysis by clicking on 'Analyze Profile' button overlay at the bottom right corner

Candidate Analysis Report

Read the report which includes the scoring and detailed analysis of the candidate profile as per the job requirements
The analysis also gives you what's missing and questions you can get clarity about
This panel allows you to copy this analysis by clicking on 'Copy Summary'
You can click on 'Re-Analyze' if you need to run the analysis again
If the score is good this panel allows you to generate approach message by clicking on 'Create InMail'

Deep Dive into Analysis

Once a candidate profile is analyzed and need to deep dive or ask any questions related to the profile w.r.t. processed job requirements you can ask questions to AI by clicking on 'Chat with Ai'

Click on 'Create Hiring Manager Synopsis' to create the synopsis which captures the complete story of the candidate's profile
You can add instructions on how the synopsis should be
Attach candidate's CV
You can also attach a transcript your conversation with candidate to enrich the synopsis further
Also, any other notes that you want to be included in synopsis
Once added all the details, click on 'Create Synopsis' to generate the synopsis
You can also copy or regenerate the synopsis
